Jim Driscoll is a 1990 graduate of Western Illinois University with a major in Pre-Law and a minor in Real Estate Appraisal. Upon graduation from WIU, Mr. Driscoll spent the next seven years of his career appraising real estate in Southern California, where he gained extensive knowledge and experience in commercial real estate valuation. Primary responsibilities included research, appraisal and inspection of properties for the nation's largest banking institutions (Citicorp, Wells Fargo, Chase and Sanwa). Jim worked for two national property tax consulting firms over the next seven years, primarily concentrating his practice within the State of Texas, prior to co-founding Property Consulting Group, Inc. Mr. Driscoll has additional property tax experience in the States of: California, Washington, Wisconsin, Utah, Alaska, Illinois, North and South Carolina, Georgia, Missouri, Florida, Oregon, Ohio and Oklahoma. Jim has appraisal and property tax experience with Office, Retail, Industrial, Residential, Agricultural and various special purpose type properties including: distribution facilities (dry / cold storage and dairy), corporate headquarters, auto dealerships, golf courses, hotels, motels, restaurants, fabrication facilities, assisted-living facilities, etc. Mr. Driscoll is a member of the Texas Association of Property Tax Professionals and has attended numerous continuing education courses from: The Appraisal Institute, Texas Association of Property Tax Professionals, Texas A & M Real Estate Center, Institute of Real Estate Professionals and The International Association of Assessing Officers.

Donald Pizzi is a co-founder of Property Consulting Group and has been working as a property tax professional since 1999. After graduating from Texas A&M University (Class of '98) he was recruited to work for a large real estate service firm in the Houston area. In March of 2000, Mr. Pizzi joined the Houston office of a property tax firm specializing in reducing commercial property valuations. As an Account Manager he was responsible for managing a portfolio of properties for clients such as Best Buy, La Quinta Hotels, Caldwell Watson and RM Crowe Company. Mr. Pizzi has lived in Houston since 1978 and is familiar with the city and the surrounding areas. Donald is a licensed property tax consultant and a member of the Texas Association of Property Tax Professionals.
